We spent Monday at Braeburn Farms in Asheboro, NC. Braeburn is a grassfed beef farm run by Dr. Charles Snyder and his foreman, Nick Harper. They gave us a fascinating lesson on healthy soil and introduced us to one of the most important workers in the pasture -- the dung beetle!
